Do the pinch-your- skin test. If you can pinch 1⁄2 inch of skin on the back of your hand and it takes more than one second to get back to normal, that is the beginning signs of dehydration. Also look at the pads of your fingertips— are there any squiggly lines? If it’s on the ring finger or little finger’s pads, those show significant dehydration. Avoid tap water due to fluoride. When folks say that they hate the taste of water, then for sure they are heading to levels of concern that need to be addressed. Adding lemons to their water may help. Avoid sparkling waters.
